甚麼是「迴力鏢員工」策略?聘用離職員工有效吸納人才
近年常見「缺工」相關的詞彙,意思是工作機會多於就業需求,即大量職位空缺,但招募不了員工的情況。而為應付大缺工浪潮,不少企業正開始以「迴力鏢員工」(Boomerang Employees)策略,重新聘用如迴力鏢一樣,去而復返的離職員工。企管事務專家認為,讓前員工回巢的最大好處,是能夠節省入職培訓的時間與資源,並可強化僱主品牌。但另一方面,專家同時提示有意跟迴力鏢員工「再續前緣」的企業宜小心部署細節,避免盲點,才可收人才循環(Brain Circulation)之效。
